Our business may be adversely affected by market and economic volatility experienced by the U.S. and global economies, the real estate industry as a whole and/or the local economic conditions in the markets in which our properties are located. Such adverse economic and political conditions may include, among other issues, inflation, elevated interest rates, policy changes, prolonged labor market challenges impacting the recruitment and retention of talent, volatility in the public equity and debt markets, and international economic and other conditions, including pandemics, geopolitical instability and other conditions beyond our control.
