riskdiff.com (“RiskDiff”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a product of BobsLabs LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights with respect to it.

RiskDiff is primarily a data research tool. We collect the minimum personal data necessary to operate the Service.

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed from our systems within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations. Stripe may retain billing records for longer periods as required by financial regulations. Aggregate, anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption in transit and access controls on our systems. Authentication and payment data is handled entirely by Clerk and Stripe respectively, both of which maintain SOC 2 compliance. No system is completely secure — if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at access@riskdiff.com.

RiskDiff uses only functional cookies necessary to operate the Service, including authentication session cookies set by Clerk. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser, but doing so will prevent you from signing in.
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. We do not sell personal information. RiskDiff is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer. We apply the same data protection standards regardless of where you are located.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. For material changes that affect your rights, we will notify subscribers by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
